134 Audio is the brand of TIM 134, TOO. This page explains what data our website and our plug-ins handle and why. Questions and requests: info@134audio.com.

Website

134audio.com has no analytics, no advertising and no cookies. The site is served through Cloudflare and our own server, which record standard technical request data (IP address, time, requested page, browser identifier) for security and troubleshooting.

Purchases

Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), our merchant of record. Polar collects the payment, billing and tax information it needs and sends you the license key; we don't see your card details. Polar's own privacy policy applies to that data: polar.sh/legal/privacy. From Polar we receive your e-mail address, name and order details, which we use to provide the license and support.

Plug-ins

To run the trial, activate licenses and tell you about updates, TurboBass contacts 134audio.com:

We store, per computer identifier: when it was first and last seen, the TurboBass and OS versions, and the number of check-ins. Per license: which computer holds it and when it was activated or moved. License keys are stored as one-way hashes. The data is used only for the trial, licensing, updates and support, and never sold or shared, except with Polar to check license keys.

TurboBass never sends audio, project files, file names or anything about what you work on.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at info@134audio.com. Deleting license data also deactivates the license; you can activate it again with your key.
